  17. comparable properties & sales. Finds/browses records by ID, owner, address,
  18. area, and more, even with partial or incorrect requests. Data entry has
  19. field-by-field instructions always onscreen, data error checking, trainable
  20. function-keys, straightforward menus, optional secure audit trail. Will run on
  21. text-only terminals. Any printer. Special support for HP LJ II and III.
